- PRD submissions: your email address and the product and business answers you enter.
- Website interaction events: page paths and interaction labels such as page views, service views, and progress events, only when you allow optional analytics.
- Basic technical data: the website host and security services may process connection details, such as IP address, request time, and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.
Why I use it
- To reply to project requests and provide services you ask about.
- To save and provide the PRD document you request.
- To send occasional practical email updates only when you subscribe. You can ask to stop at any time.
- To understand website use if you opt into analytics.
- To protect the website, prevent spam, and meet legal obligations.
Where information is kept and shared
Submitted inquiries, subscriptions, PRDs, and analytics are intended to be stored in a database configured by the site operator. Database and website hosting providers may process information on the operator’s behalf. The site may also load typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser requests those font files from Google. See Google’s privacy information. I do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Providers may process information in countries other than yours, depending on the hosting and database configuration. Appropriate safeguards should be selected for any international transfer that requires them.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including responding to requests, maintaining records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal requirements. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
